Insurance provider, if required in relation to an incident at an event
Venue and facilitators, limited to information needed for your safety on the day (e.g. dietary or accessibility needs)
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
5. How long we keep your data
We keep booking and contact information for as long as you remain subscribed to our list or have an ongoing relationship with us, and for up to 6 years afterwards to meet accounting and insurance obligations. You can ask us to delete your data sooner (see Section 8).
