1. Booking & Payment

1.1 A booking is confirmed once full payment has been received.

1.2 By completing a booking, you confirm that the information provided (including allergies, dietary requirements, and health information) is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

 

2. Cancellation by You

2.1 If you cancel your booking up to one week before the retreat start date, you will be entitled to a 50% refund of the total booking fee.

2.2 Cancellations made within one week of the retreat start date are non-refundable.

2.3 Cancellation requests must be made in writing to hello@ctrlaltretreat.co.uk.

 

3. Cancellation or Changes by Us

3.1 We reserve the right to cancel or amend the retreat itinerary in circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g. illness, extreme weather, venue issues).

3.2 If we cancel the retreat, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date, at your choice.

 

4. Health, Fitness & Dietary Requirements

4.1 You are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions, injuries, physical limitations, allergies, or dietary requirements at the time of booking, as requested on the booking form.

 

5. Photography & Media

5.1 Photography and video may take place during the retreat for use in our marketing materials (including our website and social media). By booking, you acknowledge this and understand that images may include you.

5.2 If you would prefer not to be included, please let us know in advance in writing to hello@ctrlaltretreat.co.uk, and we will do our best to accommodate this.

 

6. Liability

6.1 Participation in all retreat activities is voluntary, and you may opt out of any activity at any time.

6.2 We accept no liability for injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from your participation, except where this results from our own negligence.

6.3 Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

 

7. Data Protection

7.1 Any personal information you provide will be used solely for the purposes of managing your booking and retreat experience, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

8. Governing Law

8.1 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
